Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Space planning and architectural design for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop and execute detailed working drawings for construction.
- Lead the selection of FF&E items ensuring quality and design coherence.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Create and present design concepts, project plans, and presentations to clients.
- Ensure all design work aligns with client specifications and building codes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in space planning, architectural detailing, and interior design.
- Proficiency in detailing construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail, with an eye for creativity and innovation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling, and design software is a plus.
