Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage showroom operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and presentation.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the office furniture segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and interior designers.
Oversee inventory management and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels.
Train, motivate, and manage showroom staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Make BOQs and Quotations for leads.
