Location: Surat
Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in software development, with expertise in PHP Laravel framework and integration experience in the following CRMs:
- NetSuite
- Zoho CRM
- Suite CRM
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using PHP Laravel framework.
- Lead software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with international clients to understand CRM integration needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a development team, conducting code reviews and ensuring high code quality.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, technical architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and cross-functional teams, to facilitate project progress and resolve technical issues.
- Stay updated with CRM updates and industry trends to optimize integration strategies and enhance system performance.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in PHP programming language and Laravel framework.
- Experience integrating and customizing NetSuite, Zoho CRM, and Suite CRM solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex software projects and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
