Hr Recruiter
Job Description:
Responsibility
-
Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment processes
-
Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates
-
Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications
-
Perform necessary background checks
-
Conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers
-
Handle communication with and between candidates/applicants and the HR department
-
Build and maintain networks of prospective candidates by attending job fairs and conferences
-
Manage job descriptions and announcements
-
Preparation and submittal of proposals on, or before, client’s deadline
-
Follow up actions with candidates, regarding the results of their interviews;
REQUIREMENTS
-
2+ years of relevant work experience
-
Understanding and experience with technical profiles and candidates
-
Proven skills in social media channels like LinkedIn, Naukari etc.
-
Proficient in English, together with strong communication skills both written and verbal
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Prioritizing of work activities and meeting necessary deadlines;
-
Good negotiation skills
-
Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multi-tasking skills.
