The role involves ensuring the efficient operation of carding machinery, conducting regular maintenance, and troubleshooting any mechanical issues to minimize downtime and improve production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, repair, and adjust carding machines and related equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of carding machines.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and operational issues to ensure smooth production.
Work in coordination with other maintenance team members to optimize machine performance.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies during maintenance work.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Fitter, with hands-on experience in carding machinery maintenance.
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components of carding machines.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly.
